1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged/defective, or the wrong product was delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made jewellery, personalized products, and international wholesale orders.

3. Return Window

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed for manufacturing defects only.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after production begins.
